007 | The Green Side of Skincare and Motherhood with Supreet Shohi

Cannabis for Skincare, Connecting With Your Baby During Pregnancy and Beyond, and For Mindful Use For Health & Wellness

This is one of the most vulnerable and honest mamas I’ve ever met. From her two natural births after a pregnancy of utilizing cannabis for all the things (morning sickness, swelling, sleep, and connection) and fast forward to now, a single mama, an entrepreneur who has it super dialed in. We talk about mindfulness use of cannabis, what that means, and how to do it too.

She is also a skincare specialist and we talk about how to incorporate cannabis into your skincare routine for more of a self care experience and for enhancing results, what works and what you should look for. Most importantly how to use cannabis as a way to connect with your kids, listen to your body and channelling cannabis for creativity or productivity.
