Knowing when there is a first time mom, I love to go up there and just, just take 'em under my wing. Like, let me be the person I needed when I was starting out. Let me help you. So if you were to come in as a mom terrified, not knowing what to ask for, I would suggest asking for a mom. You don't have to make a purchase once you get back there.
Once you get to the dispensing room. There's so many products, it can be so overwhelming, but just take a deep breath and just ask all the questions. Even if you don't think that there's anything that's there for you, you don't feel obligated to make a purchase. But any questions you have from how to, how to roll a joint, how to use a, a glass, how to do a dab, we'll demonstrate anything we can for you just so you're not wasting product and you know you're getting the most benefit.
Welcome to the Mama Chill Club podcast. I'm
education to.
Betty, welcome to the Mama Chill Club podcast. Thank you. Yeah, I'm, I'm so excited because what I'm trying to do have this foundation for moms when it comes to cannabis, like things are becoming legal, and I know moms wanna be discreet, they wanna be knowledgeable, they don't wanna get too high, and so, Yeah, I'm so excited for you to be here because we're gonna talk all about the bud tenders and the experience going into a dispensary and helping mamas that have never stepped foot in there, or ones that aren't, you know, getting the maxing out, the benefits they could be getting going in, and just kind of building confidence around that.
But before we get to that, I'm gonna start with you. Um, if you could. And I'll give you an example, give just a synopsis of where you're at in motherhood right now. Like for example, for me, my toddler is two. I go into public restrooms now and he. We'll flip the door wide open everyone in the bathroom to see and thinks it's funny.
And then my seven year old likes to bag the groceries at the grocery store now, so our checkout process is like 35 minutes. So that's like my way a snapshot. Where are you at right now? It's a little chaotic. I'm newly single mom of three. My oldest, he is 16, and then I have a nine and an eight year old.
So there's a pretty big gap. So trying to entertain the older teenager mm-hmm. Who is in a whole different phase of life. He has a job now, he's, he's doing his own thing, and then to still entertain the two younger ones. It's pretty chaotic, but it's a good time. I have a little bit of, Both worlds at the same time because of that gap.
I see what it's like to have a teenager when I still have two little ones, so I know kind of what to prepare for. Yeah. But it's, it's just a little chaotic right now. Yeah. It's chaotic. That's why we use cannabis. Absolutely. Yeah. So where, where did you get your start with cannabis? Like have you been using it for a long time?
Was it something that you ran into after becoming a mama? Um, this, it's definitely recently within the last. Five years prior to being a Bud tender. I was a, um, a hairdresser for about 15 years and before Covid hit, COVID just screwed everything up with that. I have scoliosis, I have pretty bad back pain, and I would complain about it often.
We're always standing on our feet. Um, my work bestie at the time, she offered me a gummy and I was like, absolutely not. Mm-hmm. Like, I'm a mom, I cannot. Have cannabis. So I held onto this gummy for a good week before I even, gosh, like I was terrified. I was like, they're gonna know it's in my nightstand.
Like I have kids. I cannot have cannabis. I finally took it and the relief, the pain relief that I felt was so intense that night I was, I was signing up for my medical card. Mm-hmm. Uh, it was such a game changer. I had such a, a bad idea of cannabis in my head. Um, just that stigma that surrounds it kept me from it for so long.
Most moms are so scared. I feel like the common conversation I have with moms are like, they tried it, but it was an edible and it was too much, and they didn't really know what they were taking and they're too scared from it again. So once you tried it, you felt better. You got your medical card and. How did you start consuming after that?
Was it all gummies? Did you start to introduce flour? Anything like that? Yes. It started with the gummies and I feel like everyone who has tried cannabis, um, has a story where they've overdone it, they've done too much. It's scary and it, it, it has happened. But, um, just finding that sweet spot, I'm just starting with the edibles, just going low and slow was, was good for me.
And then eventually, uh, Just seeing the other options in the dispensary, I was too afraid to ask about flour or to even say, you know, how do I, how do I buy weed? Mm-hmm. I'm, I don't like my head. In my head. I'm a mom. I don't buy weed. So it was very scary to even ask. So I stayed with the edibles probably more out of.
Fear, um, to venture out and try anything stronger or other methods. But over time I got comfortable with the bud tenders and I tried, um, a pre-roll and it just kind of went from there. Then I, I would get an eighth or, and just within the last year or two, I incorporated concentrates in dabbing. Mm-hmm.
It's nice to have a variety, cuz not all, not two days are different or the same, so, If I need a little extra oomph during the day or an instant, um, pick me up. There's different methods of consumption to help with that, which is really, really convenient. Totally agree. That's the fun part too, is experimenting.
Like once you get over that scary hump of like, I don't know what it's gonna do to me, I don't know how I'm gonna feel, like, am I gonna have a psychotic episode or something because I'm so out of control, like, can I drive? But then once you get over that initial, it's like, Oh, this wasn't, especially when you go low and slow, like you said, you get over that and you're like, oh, this is actually, I like this more than what the scariness could have been.
Absolutely. And it got to the point where I was nervous as a hairdresser. I thought, do my, do my clients think that I'm stoned and that I'm baked out of my mind standing behind the chair when. I would, I could microdose and no one would know. You know, I could have a five milligram tablet and I would bust out some of the best hair I I've ever done.
Yeah. With that cannabis, it just gives you that extra like creativity and just takes that anxiety off of creating for them, for that, that client. When we talk about bud tenders, is that what you prefer to be called? Yeah. I think a lot of the bud tenders that I have, they, I. They don't see it as a, a negative term at all.
They do like to be called bud tenders. They'll refer to themselves as bud tenders. How did you, how did you get hooked up with the dispenser that you're with now? Like, walk me through, like was there an opening, were you just so on fire? How did you, how did you end up at the dispensary that you're at? Um, so I was a patient there for a little while and it was just one day I went through the drive-through.
We have a drive-through and. I wasn't looking for a job, but the, the young man in the drive-through, he said, are you looking for a job? Like, do you wanna work here? And I'm like, absolutely I do. Of course I do. Like, are you kidding me? He was like, well, just send in your resume. And I did and then got a call the next day and that was it.
It was. And I had no real experience with cannabis prior to just using it myself. I, I didn't know anything about terpenes and, you know, the THC percentage. I didn't know the science behind it. At that time, and if you don't mind me asking about the scoliosis back pain, did you find that one method worked better than another?
Absolutely. I would Edibles all day. Whenever I have just physical body pain, whether it's like a muscle or just anything physical, it takes a little bit longer, but it's definitely worth it. To wait for that edible to kick in. For sure. Yeah. Cause I would imagine that the scoliosis pain is pretty significant, especially when you used to be on your feet all day and now I'm sure you're on your feet a lot still, like on a severity standpoint.
I don't have scoliosis, so I don't know, but like, are you in pretty much constant pain unless you're medicating? Or like how debilitating? It's not too terrible. Usually it's around my period when it's the worst, just that lower back pain, but, Uh, there are days, some days are better than other, and I don't know if it's like an arthritic thing, but if it's raining, I might use a topical as well as like, you know, an edible.
I might double up on that day, but some days are better than others, for sure. Yeah, I'm a big fan of the topicals too, just for like soreness, and I use it on my back during my period too, because I, I just get the worst. The worse back pain and cramps and all the things, but I get a cooling one and that seems to work really well for a couple hours.
So I'm not sure if you're familiar with turp sap? No. But it's a concentrated form of cannabis and it has the TURPs and the thc. It's really nice because it can be eaten, you can dab it, you can just kind of apply some to a joint to smoke it or you know, top a bowl with it. It's, um, but. Women have put it in their belly button during their period.
Oh. Um, and it, it's incredible. It's, it's almost like a sap, like a little syrupy honey kind picture, right? Mm-hmm. Yes. Yep. And it's, it's just a tiny, tiny dot they put in and they say there's a lot of nerve endings in your belly button. And it has proved, uh, a lot of the women at work, they, they do that. I'm gonna try that next period.
Yeah, it's incredible. Yeah. Yeah. Cause I've been to acupuncture and like during my period and she'll like burn one of the herbs over your belly button. And that sounds like the same kind of thing because that's always love. Yeah, I love that. That's really cool. That's a huge takeaway from me already in this, so thank you.
Yeah, no problem. So how long have you been a Bud tender now? Um, this year's, three years, how long do you plan on being a bud tender? Like what wars have opened up for you since you've, you've been there? So I started as a bud tender, and now I'm still bud tending, but also supervising the industry is just, it's in its baby stage, it seems.
Each day there's new laws, new regulations, everything's changing so rapidly. I, I'm really excited to see. Where it goes and what job opportunities, um, open up for sure. But I, I plan on staying with this. I love the people. I think that's why I like hairdressing so much is just the people and making people happy.
And I love when a new mom comes in and just putting them at ease, just knowing that. I can just kind of soothe them and let them know it's gonna be okay. There's not gonna, they're not gonna get arrested when they leave here with their bag of cannabis. I feel like this is my calling to, to help people in this way for sure.
Yeah, a hundred percent. I. When we talk about those fears that moms are coming in super nervous because obviously, like you stated before, there's the fears of, are my kids gonna see this? Are my kids gonna know? Can my kids get into it? Um, there are chocolates, there are candies, there are gummies, and they do.
Tend to be colorful and look a little bit kidd friendly. Being open with my kids here lately, I've shown them that THC label, it's that red triangle that says T hc. And um, so they're aware, just making sure that they're aware, um, that that's mine. And you see the triangle, they've been pretty good about it, but definitely.
There, there have been cases, you know, where kids have gotten into things. It's definitely a concern. Yeah. I feel like that's probably another nerve wracking part of the moms that do come in is like, how do I tell my kids? When do I tell my kids? Like, is it gonna hurt them? What products, what do you, what do you tell parents that come and ask you about how, how you told your kids, how you did it?
Um, honestly, once I stopped hiding it, they stopped caring about what I was hiding. I would, yeah. You know, I'd. Step outside, let me just sneak outside. And then they'd wanna be like, well, what are you doing? Mm-hmm. Let me follow you. And once I was open and I, I explained to them, this is for my medical benefit and it's a plant and just kind of broke it down.
They see it, they've been around it. Um, and it's just not a big deal to them, as it would've been to me at their age. Mm-hmm. Um, I just feel like the times are different and just being honest with the kids is, is good, but it is hard to find that right age cuz you know, the younger kids, they like to talk.
Yeah. And if they go to school and, you know, it is scary talking to the kids, but just, I've been just telling them it's. Medicine. So when they see it, um, my youngest she'll say it's mommy's medicine. Mm-hmm. Um, so that's how they see it. Just once I, I came out of the can of closet, I, they just stopped caring.
Really. I keep thinking about like, when, when do I tell 'em, how do I tell 'em? Like with legalization coming in July for our state in Maryland, I feel like that. Could change a lot too. I don't know. When we were younger it was just so hush, hush and such a secret. So I felt the need to continue that with my kids, and I'm thinking, that's silly.
Why am I gonna gate keep this awesome, this awesome plant? I just, I wanna teach them about it. I want them to be informed. I was just so misguided at their age. I was just told it was bad. Mm-hmm. There wasn't education about it. I get that. Like they didn't know what it was gonna do to your brain or your body and it just, They just saw what the most extreme of people did with it.
But what do you, what do you think about in July when, when it changes? Do you think you're gonna get an influx of moms coming in? Do you think that people are still gonna be a little bit nervous about it? Um, I've had a few people actually call to see, um, they just want it to be discreet. Mm-hmm. They don't want to come in and see their neighbor or to see a relative there.
So they're asking, you know, how it's gonna be set up and it's going to be pretty open. Um, they'll be recreational patients right next to the medical patients. You'll have access to the same products for the most part. But I do think a lot of moms, they do. If they wanna know, um, do you need my id? Will you be storing my information?
It's a lot of just keeping their identity safe and making sure, I guess, that their usage is, is hidden still. Yeah. I think being discreet is such a huge concern because I feel like the people that are loud about their cannabis use on. Social media, for example, are sitting in there with blunts in their mouth blowing smoke into the camera, like making it look like it's such a lifestyle, and I feel like that could be really confusing for someone who's new and wants to be discreet and is not, not wanting to blow smoke in in the camera and dance in front of a cannabis plant or something like, right.
It's so different because being discreet is, And not even about the stigma, but if you have little kids, and I have done my best to find like the most discreet tools to utilize that can go in my purse that don't look like what it is that I can use outside quickly or what it looks like. But what do you use to be super discreet?
Honestly, my being discreet for me is doing the edibles. Mm-hmm. Um, Uh, I would say, and I do use a vaporizer. I do vape. Um, having that as super convenient when on the go if needed. Um, I would, I would say using edibles probably. Mm-hmm. Has been, has kept it pretty quiet. Yeah. I found this cool pipe, um, I don't know how to, it's smoke and then it's h e i r, hair, air Uhhuh.
Do you know that company? Yeah. Yeah. They have a pipe with a magnetic lid, so I can throw it into like a bag in my purse or diaper bag and it won't get stuff everywhere. That one's been pretty cool because the magnet's so tight. Um, it still looks like a pipe, but it allows me to be a little bit more mobile because for me, I am more sensitive to, to the edible for some reason.
Like if I take two and a half milligrams, like it might put me to sleep. Depending, for sure, for sure. So I don't do the edibles too much, but I'll, I'll smoke flour. I'm, I'm curious into dabbing and concentrates, because what I'm hearing is it's, you can find some that aren't as THC potent as what you would think a dab normally is.
Yes, yes. And you know, there are some vapes that are very similar to taking a dab. Um, so you can kind of get that, that feel for it. Um, there's like a live resin cartridge that they have mm-hmm. Um, from Nature's Heritage that is really nice. Um, it just, it's really smooth. It doesn't burn. And when you do, if you were to do like a, a dab with the rig and the whole setup mm-hmm.
It's really nice because the odor is so minimal, it doesn't. It doesn't have that strong cannabis smell that the flour, when it's burning, when that gives it off. Um, so the odor does dissipate quicker, which is nice. Yeah. And it is just a little bit, you start out with like maybe a grain of rice with the dab.
It's nice that a little bit goes a long way. Mm-hmm. Yeah. That's good to know cuz that's, that's a small, very small amount for sure. Yeah. I've done one dab in my life. And it was years ago. And I have friends that live in like the Long Beach area that are really, have always been connected in the cannabis in industry.
And one gal's husband, he was super into dabbing snake, he brought this huge rig out with like this blow torch that had like, hmm. A 10 foot flame with it. Like it was so big and so powerful, and he gets this whole thing set up and I took one hit and they were like, do not hold it in very long. And I did on accident and I think within like three minutes I was knocked on, on the couch at 10:00 AM the next day.
It was like the most ridiculous. Like stabbing experience ever. So that's why I wanna try it again because like I don't think it'll do that to me again if I do a, a rice size, grain amount. Absolutely. Absolutely. Yes. It is a science, the whole torch. And uh, there are really nice devices. There's one called a Carta and it fits really nice in like a cup holder or just.
Somewhere small. It's a small little device. It heats up on its own and you just drop your dab in right there. You don't need a torch. They're really, really convenient and it's small. It's. Discreet. Um, I highly recommend those. Okay. Good to know. I need to, I need to look into those some more because like hearing you talk about the variety of what you utilize, because I'm sure our tolerance goes up and down, like even depending on our cycle with like what I learned in one of the last, uh, episodes of Mama Chill Club was all the endo cannabinoid receptors you have in your uterus alone.
So I feel like. Based on your cycle or where you're at during the month, like I feel like different modalities work different ways. Absolutely. Let's talk about the whole experience when you go into a dispensary. So if there's a mom that's like, Hey, I just got my medical card, or Hey, it's recreations legal for me.
What is the experience like from showing up? Because I know for me, my personal experience and I almost feel silly looking back on it, but not at the same time. Cause I should give myself grace because I didn't know any better. But I remember I was, I got my card and I was so nervous to come in because I didn't know what to ask for.
I didn't know what to look for and I was like, I'm gonna get one of everything to just like. Try a little bit of each. It was the weekend, like after the kids go to bed, like just kind of play around. I can sleep it off if it's too much or something. Right. And I remember I came in asking for, I think I just.
I think I probably called it Bud or something. Cause I just had no vocabulary and they asked me how much. And I remember feeling like a little embarrassed at first. Cause I was like, I don't even know what a gram looks like or an eighth. Like what does that even look like? How do I know how much I'm buying?
Like am I about to walk out with $400 worth of just flour? Like no bad in a week. Like I didn't know. But I asked them, I was like, Hey, I'm brand new. Like you gotta walk me through all of this. And that's. I feel like that's the common misconception is because every bud tender I've ever met has been so incredibly helpful and never makes you feel like a novice.
And I wanna demystify kind of the experience that it's not scary that you are in such good hands. So walk us through. Like getting into a dispensary cause there's a whole process to check in and then getting in and how to approach a bud tender. So when you walk in as a first time patient, you will have a a patient ID number that you'll get when you, when you sign up with the state, you bring that P number with you and your id, your driver's license.
Um, we'll get you signed in with an account. Usually it takes about five minutes to get you in, but once we get you in, it's easy. From then on out, we have an intake person, um, name Liz at Mona. She's phenomenal. We do have people who will request, I am a first time patient. I want someone who's gonna be patient with me.
You absolutely can request someone to fit what you need in your personality. We have so many different personalities in the back. Uh, we, we like to match people up with who you feel, who the patient feels comfortable with. Uh, maybe even someone who shares the same ailments as you, and just to help find what works for each patient.
But just like all the other moms, I too was terrified, you know, shaken like a leaf, not knowing what to, to ask for and knowing when there is a first time mom, I love to go up there and just, just take 'em under my wing, like, let me be the person I needed. When I was starting out, let me help you. So if you were to come in as a mom terrified, not knowing what to ask for, I would suggest asking for a mom.
You don't have to make a purchase once you get back there. Once you get to the dispensing room, there's so many products, it can be so overwhelming, but just take a deep breath and just ask all the questions.
And there are classes that we have to take, um, in order to brush up on our knowledge of the ailments, just to make sure we can give the best advice.
Most moms when they come in there, it's sleep, it's anxiety. Mm-hmm. They want a little uplift in their day. A little happiness, whether you want to, um, Use inhalation or if you want to use edibles or topicals. There's, there's so many products for each form of consumption. Honestly, I think a lot of the moms are just, they just want relief.
But discreetly, I think that's our biggest hurdle. I, I feel like I say this every episode that I do, but every mom is silently suffering. Like I don't, between like schedules, maybe not suffering hard, but there's stressors and there's anxieties and there's so many things that we do throughout the day. We are all that way.
We all have a lot on our plate, whether you stay at home or you go into work and it's not that un-normal to go in and tell someone like, Hey, this is what I'm struggling with, whether you feel like it's small or not, if you have like a slight tinge of anxiety. Every day or you feel just like a slight overwhelm, you st You matter and like having your best life and moving through the day the best way that you can is really important to take into consideration in getting yourself relief and spending time with a bud tender.
That, cuz the way you explained it, that is, I feel like that is everyone's philosophy as a bud tender. Like, I just wanna help, I'm willing to do whatever it takes and like we'll spend as much time because there's times I've been in having. Gosh, 35 minute conversations about like what this terpene does in this plant and how it's brought out and like what it'll make me feel and going really nuanced like that.
And then there's times where I'm in and out in five minutes cuz someone got me. Exactly. Cuz like you can go in and be like, I have anxiety during the day. I need something during the day. And. I wanna get knocked out at night cause I'm having a lot of pain with this and I'm waking up a bunch like, and they'll go, bam, bam.
Here's your two products. This one I take regularly and this one I hear is really great with everyone because. The great part about dispensary is like everyone in there is using the products too. So you have like a hands-on person that will tell you ex and if it's not the person you're working with, the person next door to them at the counter that has had experience with it.
And that's really ki you can't, it's really cool you don't get that everywhere. Yes, I as. With all of us being different, all of us bud tenders, you know, we've got people who like edibles, people who prefer Deb. So if there is a patient who comes in, who wants someone, you know, more expertise in, um, topicals, then I'll grab that bud tender cuz they love to nerd out about it.
We, yeah, we want us to, to find what we're passionate about. And it's so obvious when I grab somebody who wants to talk about edibles and they just, just let 'em, just let 'em talk about it. It's. It's incredible. It's life changing. Yeah, for sure. What other questions do moms typically come in there with, whether it's their first time or maybe even a little bit seasoned?
Um, what are, what are they looking for? What information do they typically, they're like, Betty, you're the expert, you're the mama. Like a lot of the moms, they're, they're full of anxiety. They feel like, They have to do everything and they just put a lot of pressure on themselves. Mm-hmm. Um, and I see a lot of moms who are trying to come off of like that anti-anxiety medication or the depression medication, um, trying to kinda wean off of that.
That's been a common trend lately. We even had some people who had quit drinking from U, they were using cannabis and were able to quit drinking and. Just telling moms other experiences from other moms, just so you know, you're not alone like me hiding my cannabis, that I had that gummy, like if I would've known, if I would've spoke up, I would've known my neighbor had it also, like it's so common.
It's just so out there. I want it to be so people can be more open about it and not feel uncomfortable and not feel shameful when buying their cannabis As a mom, you know? Yeah, because the relief is so much more worth all that worry. Absolutely, absolutely. Walking around feeling better. Do you get nervous talking about what you do?
I absolutely do. I do. I wonder about the judgment. I wonder just what people will think. So I, I am hesitant to tell them what I do. Which it shouldn't be the case. Yeah, but we're working, we're working to check that you and I talking about it like, cuz I'm sure that there's gonna be multiple people that listen to this.
They're gonna go get a gummy, hold it for a week, try it, and they're gonna be like, great. Like I am all in. And what do you recommend to anyone that wants to be a Bud tender? Honestly, anyone that's good with people, just having that patience and just wanting to help people. That's really what we're doing is just listening to people, listening to what they need and just going based off of my personal experience with cannabis and what I think might help them, I think it's an incredible.
Job to have, um, a bud tender. You don't know who's gonna come through that door. You don't know whose life you're gonna change or who you're gonna make. Feel good. It's, it's a very rewarding job, for sure. Yeah. What are your favorite resources to learn more, to validate products, any, or to find community, anything like that?
What are you, what are you utilizing? I'm utilizing Mona, where I work. Mm-hmm. Um, we have a lot of events. Which is really nice to kind of find people who use cannabis like I do. It's very important to me to find people who do, just to kind of grow that, that village of people who we are, we're all in the same, in the same page here.
It's hard to find. It is. So, and you know, some of the girls at work, they were talking about dating sites and how they'll meet these people on dating sites and then once cannabis comes up, that's it. So, oh wow. They were like, we need a, a cannabis dating site. There we go. There's something you dispensary you can come out with.
You're like, Monica did what? That's, that's so true though. Cause Yeah, cuz it's like, I feel like meeting other moms is like dating in a, in a way too. Like, it's kind of nerve wracking. It's kind of like you don't, like when do I give my number? Like I just for an hour. Like, are we cool? Are we, but like, bringing that part up has always been like the hardest part because.
If they're not familiar with it or they don't know about it, you don't know what thoughts they're having. Like, oh, is it just open at their house? Is I gonna, my kid gonna come home and be like, I saw a bong today. Or, you know, like, there's so much unknown and Right. Yeah. I think we just really need to hit home the discreet part.
Like you can be discreet, there's so many ways to be discreet and absolutely conceal it and but still get the benefits and. Just be super chill and still a good mom. And a great mom. Yes. Yes. Yeah. Um, besides Mona, do you have any other resources, websites that you go to frequently for anything cannabis related?
I actually have a book it's called, um, and I got it on Amazon, I think it was like maybe 20 bucks. It's called Cannabis Pharmacy by Michael Backus. It has just all kinds of ailments that anyone could possibly have, and then strains and terpenes. It's really. Really the cannabis Bible. Okay. It has everything you need to know about cannabis, how to grow it, how it grows, all the parts of the plant.
Awesome. I haven't read that one yet, but that's my, my favorite part of doing these interviews is like I add a new book to the shelf every single time. I thank you. Absolutely appreciate it. Absolutely. Yeah, I appreciate you spending the time to kind of walk through the process cuz again, that was something that was really nerve-wracking for me and I know it's nerve-wracking for all the other mamas and it's just the most unintimidating atmosphere and I appreciate you kind of breaking it down and talking through it with me and then just sharing your experience too.
Betty, thank you. Thank you for being here. Thank you for chatting with me and um, I just appreciate your time. Thank you so much. Thank you. Thank you so much for being here. I hope you enjoyed the conversation as much as I had. Do me a favor, pass this on to three more mamas that need to hear this information or that just need an uplifting, positive conversation to listen to in their day.
It takes a village. It takes a tribe, and we all need to be there for each other, and this is just one small way that we can help our fellow mama next to us. I am busy over here having more interviews, putting out more content, and if you are looking for more, head over to mama chill club.com and sign up for the Mama Mary.
Newsletter. It is a newsletter that will go out once a week that will be more content around mamas and cannabis if you're looking for more head there. Otherwise, standby for the next episode. We have some really awesome stuff coming out. Thanks again for being here. I'm Elizabeth with Mama Chill Club, and we'll see you on the next one.
